practice nclex questions

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could maybe help me with this type of subject that may be on the nclex rn. Okay, so during a disaster, hospitals need to make room for new patients coming in. So, that means the nurse would need to discharge some patients home to make room in the hospital. If all of the answers sound like they are all likely to be unstable, really which one would you pick? Also, does anyone know of a free website that offers nclex questions like these? Or maybe someone could give me an example of how I would answer the questions correctly on the exam?

Thanks!

I also came across this question earlier today during my studies. One of the options was to discharge patients and make space for the disaster patients. I clicked on the answer "call agencies disaster line." Or some thing like that, turns out the answer was correct! Hope this was helpful :)
