Powerlessness Nursing Dx

I am trying to write a nursing diagnosis and I am having trouble with the AEB for the powerlessness. So far I have

"Powerlessness r/t progressive debilitating disease secondary to End Stage renal failure.

The AEB says overt or covert expressions of dissatisfaction about inability to control situation that is negatively affecting outlook, goals, and lifestyle must be present. I am having trouble thinking about specific examples. Thanks!
