Potential Interview Questions

Hi everyone!!:wavey: I just passed the NCLEX a little over a week ago, and I have an interview this week for an ER RN position. I haven't been on a "real" interview in many years, and interviewing is a weakness of mine.:uhoh21: I have worked EMS (but never in a hospital) and most interviews were a lot of common sense questions.

I looked on various threads and couldn't find anything recent, so I thought this forum would be the best because we are all new and a lot of us have interviewed within the past year.

If anyone and eveyone could list some questions that were asked (general ones as well as difficult ones, or questions that you didn't expect) I would deeply appreciate it. Thanks in advance.:heartbeat
