Post MI LVF ICP

Anyone got any post MI LVF care pathways, protocols or ICP's they would like to share??? I hate reinventing the wheel...nurses are so good at it!:chuckle

Try the CCU or MICU/SICU forums and check out Mark Hammerschmidt's site it has good info but I am scratching my head thinking of a care pathway - we just threw ours out.
