Post-Interview

OK so Im a new grad. & I've been on four interviews and they all seem to go well but I never get a call back, I recently had yet another interview and this one seemed 2 go really well however it wasnt until I got home when I realized I was never asked to fill out an application...:uhoh3: Has this happened 2 anyone?? I dont know what 2 make of this, Can I possibly get the position and be asked fill the app. out upon hire or are they just not as interested as I thought... My head is spinning I really want this job I dont know what Im doing wrong, What else can I do to pursue this position :confused:

    Call them and tell them you're hoping to be considered, but in your excitement had forgotten about the application.... get a feel for where they're at.

    It's really hard from all of the stories here.... :(
