Post interview stress

So I went for a interview today for a L and D position. I passed the pharmacy exam and then met with the nurse recruiter. At the end of the interview, she told me she is sending me right over to the manager and director because the interview went well. I met with the nurse managers and the interview went well I think. At the end they told me they have still other interviews to conduct but I should be hearing from HR within two weeks. Is this a good sign?

Yes, but it is no guarantee. It means you would probably be an acceptable person for them to hire. But they are going to interview the other applicants before they make a final decision because they might find someone they like better.

Now ... right your thank-you notes and keep looking for other possibile jobs. If this one works out, terrific! ... but if it doesn't, you'll feel better if you have some other possibilities within your sites.

Good luck!
