Possible relocation to PA

Hi Everyone, Just looking for some advice, my husband may be relocated to PA right outside Philly for work.

I have been an RN for about 5 years, 4 of those years have been in the hospital (med-surg) and the past year has been in home dialysis while still working per-diem in the hospital. I have an AAS in nursing and a BS in Business, I am starting my BSN shortly. I see a lot of job postings in the PA area, my question is do you think a hospital will hire me since I do not yet have a BSN?? Also, do you think hospitals will hire me since I only work per-diem now at a hospital? I am not sure if I still want to do home dialysis if we relocate, I would prefer to go back to the hospital for 12 hour shifts since I would like to start a family soon.
