points added to prerequisites?

This is from Conestoga's website:

or all certificate, diploma and advanced diploma programs, marks for required courses will be awarded a 10-mark bonus as follows:

Any U Level high school course

Any U/C or M level high school course

Any high school courses at the advanced level from the old Ontario curriculum - Advanced Level, OAC

Any post-secondary course delivered through recognized institutions

 

My question -  is Conestoga the only Ontario College that will add these 10-mark bonus points to University level HS and post-secondary grades?  Do other colleges use this system and which ones?  I spoke to admissions at Fanshawe and they told me they do not use that system.
