PLU ELMSN 2019-2020

Hey everyone! Any other hopefuls out there trying to get into Pacific Lutheran University's ELMSN program this year? Application deadlines are coming up! How's it going for everyone?

I'm feeling pretty excited about the program and I'd love to connect with anyone else that's interested in it so we can chat and keep each other updated while we bite our nails waiting to hear back :)

    I submitted my app Oct 1st. In the info session they said it would be maybe as early as January. Good luck to everyone!

    A PLU admissions advisor stated they would begin reviewing the applications in December and send decisions at the start of February!

    I submitted my app on October 25th. I must have checked my personal statement a thousand times for grammar and formatting and then after submitting, the format got all messed up. Annoying! But it sounds like this is what happens for everyone.

    It feels good to have it submitted though. One less thing to worry about for now.

    I feel pretty good this round just a little anxious about my GRE scores, quantitative was not good, but not sure I would do any better retaking it. Wish they would do away with the requirement. Anyone applying for SU's APNI program?

    @SmcshaneI just logged on to ask the same thing! No news yet. But since the final deadline was today, I'm sure we will be hearing back any day now!

    @JFO93 I don't know exact details but the website says

    "Applications are accepted at any time during the year, however, application submitted by the priority deadline will enhance applicants’ potential for admission and for arranging financial assistance. Applications are not reviewed until after the application deadline. Applications received after the priority deadline may be accepted on a space-available basis."
