First of all, if you do not have a visa that will permit you to live and work in the US; you are not going to be able to remain here. We do not have any visas available for you so that you could adjust your tourist visa that you are on.

There is no best agency that can be recommended as you are looking at about a five year wait for a chance at a green card, there is nothing that anyone can do to get things done quicker for you. There is also not one review center that I would recommend to you. There is absolutely no reason that the preparation cannot be done on your own.

Next question is if you have taken and passed the NLE? If not, then CA is not going to grant permission to sit for the exam either.

And if thinking of any other type of visa, they require that you have passed the NCLEX exam as well the English exams and have a Visa Screen Certificate in hand.

Have you even applied for licensure yet to the BRN? And are you aware that CA will not issue a license without a SSN# either?

We also ask that you use proper English as you are going to be using that to pass an English exam as well as in charting if you ever get the chance to work in the US.
