Please point me in the right direction.

Sorry if this is the wrong place to be posting this, but I've searched through cdph.ca.gov and the LVN and RN Board of Nursing websites. I found telephone numbers for information but each one turned out with no luck and I can't seem to find the right person to ask these questions to. A point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

I wanted to ask the Board of Nursing or Department of Public Health these questions...

1. Does a misdemeanor vandalism charge and wet & reckless driving charge automatically disqualify me from obtaining a nursing license as a CNA/LVN/RN?

2. Is applying for a nursing license the only way to see if any convictions are acceptable?

3. Can I apply for the license before enrolling in school to become a CNA/LVN/RN to see if I am even eligible?

4. Where can I find instructions on how to apply for a Nursing License?

5. If I get licensed as a CNA, does that mean I will be accepted for a license as a LVN or RN as well?

Thank you dearly.
