please help

I'm 15 years old, and i am really interested in becoming a neonatal nurse when i get older, i had a few questions for any experienced nurses in the field

1.) what schooling process do you have to go through

2.) what exactly do you do when your a neonatal nurse

3.) is the schooling really hard?

4.) how many years of schooling do i have to go through

please if anyone can help, i would greatly appreciate it, thank you.
