Please help me with my interview!

Hi nurses,

So Monday I have an interview on a Med Surg unit in Stockton. This is an 1 1/2 from my house and I don't mind. I've interviewed in another department there before and was turned down for someone with more experience. I also interviewed at a 3 other hospitals. I didnt get one because the other candidate according to the NM had more passion. I'm starting to think either my résumé sucks or they're looking for something else in interviews. I graduated in Nov 2012, and haven't landed a job yet. I have my BSN, ACLS,PALS,EKG CERT. I have 11 years healthcare background from Kaiser. I am personable and friendly in interviews, I've had my résumé looked over by nurse managers, I've gotten feedback from nurse managers and still no job. I would really love this position, it's in med surg and I can develop my time management skills among other things. How can I show the manager I really want this job? Please help me, Im getting desperate!
