Please help me decide!

ok so i live in las vegas, nv and i really need, need, need your guys help please!!!! i am so lost in this school decision! i want to do a fast track college or school or whatever they are called schools such as, (kaplan, everest, apollo) i just don't know if it is the best idea. i would like to be done within 2 years that would be ideal! but i definitely do not want to waste my time and money in a school that is not worth it! i want to know that upon graduation i will be able to find a job and employers will actually want to hire me! i do not want employers to look down upon the school i attended and assume my education was not great from that school so therefore they think i am unable to perform the duties which are necessary. i looked into the nursing programs and i see that some schools that are fast track offer diplomas? i believe this is beneath an associates correct? is this a bad decision? i just really wish someone could just choose a school for me. lol. i just hope that you guys will help me out and let me know what i should go for an associate degree or if a diploma is a good idea? i don't mind going for the associates i know some fast track colleges such as apollo offer this and community college offers it as well i know kaplan offers a diploma course and i have just heard horror stories of the diploma schools that graduates can't find jobs and so on. if you guys could help me out i would greatly appreciate it. i am just so overwhelmed and i have already attempted community college and completed a fast track program but the field has nothing to do with nursing so i don't know if i have a bad taste in my mouth from that college or what. i feel the material that was taught to us was great but they had very very little placement and i feel as though i wasted $14,000. i do not want to do this again but i do want to be a nurse i am a c.n.a. right now and i have had my cert for 6 yrs. now its time to move on and r.n. has always been in my mind so it is time to follow through and do it! i feel like i jumped around a bit so just to be sure my question basically is: 1) associates vs. diploma (which one should i go after, is one better than the other?) 2) fast track school or community college? 3) does anyone have experience with graduating from a nursing school in las vegas (which school, how was the experience for you, would you recommend it and duration to complete?) any advice is helpful and well appreciated! especially advice from the r.n.'s who have been through it and know! thanks for everyone's help!

Employers for the most part are not interested in the school you attended, they are interested in the fact that your license is unencumbered and they are interested in your nursing work history.
