Please help! applying CGFNS educated from philippines

Hello everyone! i hope somebody from here can help me giving information regarding the steps in applying the NCLEX in florida and what should i need to order from CGFNS either the CES ACADEMIC REPORT OR CES PROFESSIONAL REPORT? and does florida needs EILTS?By the way i am in the US already and i am a registered nurse in the philippines! I already look at the florida BON site but im still confused! I really hope somebody will help me from here! Thank you!

Good day! Let me introduce myself i am a filipina, a registered nurse in the philippines but i am now living in nebraska. I would like to continue my profession here as a nurse and decided to get a license in florida. I read informations from florida bon site but i have some questions that i could'nt in the site and luckily i bump this site and hoping anyone can enlighten me. The ff are my questions:

1. Florida state requires ces for cgfns but which one should i get for my credential evaluation, the ces academic or the ces professional?

2. Does florida requires ielts?

3. Does florida requires the cgfns exam?

Your help would be appreciated a lot!
