Pittsburgh LTC nurses

What's it like in your facility? Are any of you in love with your place and would recomend it to family, friends or other nurses to work?

PM me if you don't want to put this out there.

I've been at the same place for quite a long time and have worked other places prn. Our staff seems to cycle. Some shifts have more long term staff and that is great for the most part. It just seems like some of the newer staff isn't clicking and don't last long. Is is us (the long termers) or is it just the area? Most of the new nurses and cnas just dont' seem like they want to work and are just there for a paycheck. Our place is small and extremely managable (when staff shows up the staffing is good) . Just wondering..........
