It's easiest to tailor your report sheet to the format your unit uses. Most units have a semi-standard order in which things are reported. But I'd be happy to share how I organize information with you if you like.

You have enough posts to enable your PM access. When you want to PM someone, click on their user name and a bunch of little icons will appear underneath it. Click on the pencil-and-paper icon and that opens the PM screen. Then you can write whatever you want.

As for your email address, not to worry... if you've selected "accept email from other members" when you set up your profile it won't be a problem. Your icons under your user name will include an envelop icon and that's the secure connection to your email. We'll test it out in a little while. I' have to make supper for my hubby then will send you something.

Look inside the blue bordered box next to where it says "Mod on the go" and there should be a blue circle with an "i" in it, an envelope, a green circle with a "+" in it and a magnifying glass. Then underneath that is Years Exp: 15 and underneath that is all my nursing specialty crap. If you don't see that, click on my user name again and it'll toggle between now-you-see-it and now-you-don't.

I haven't had a reply to my email... so I'll try to attach the file to this post. Take a look and see if it's going to work for you.
