PICO process

Hello,

I am trying to write a pico process for my research class and im completely lost. its about a young boy who collaspes at soccer practice and is admitted to the icu for treatment of an acute myocarditis.

my main concern is i have never seen an example of what a pico process paper looks like, was wondering if anyone had something for me to work off of>
