Hi all,
I am new to the job-search arena (I was at my last employer 10 years). I have a phone interview with an insurance company next week.
I have heard more and more lately about phone interviews....what kind of questions do they ask you? How much like a "regular" interview is it?
Can anyone help me with what to expect? I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thank you so much!

The questions are pretty much like a regular interview:
How do you deal with conflict?
Tell me about yourself?
What are your strength/weaknesses?
Why do you want to work at this company?
Why did you leave your last job?
Make sure you review the company's website. Ask questions.

They are exactly like regular interviews. Have your answers prepared. The position I currently have was as a result of a phone interview.
