Phone Interview...what to expect?

Hello everybody! Well, I'm not officially a graduate nurse yet, but I will be in about a month. I have phone interview for a new grad position at a hospital I REALLY want to work at, but I have no clue how to prepare. What should I expect? What type of questions might they ask? What type of questions should I ask? Help me please...I'm freaking out here:o. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Anybody???

they could be looking at what you think your strength and weaknesses are, What do you want out of the position? Why do you want to work there? I would also be asking what they can offer me, will I get adequate support are there courses I can do and what sort of support will I get towards the courses.

Just my thoughts, hope it helps
