Phoenix-area ICUs

Hi everyone, I'm looking for some input from ICU nurses working in the Phoenix area. I relocated to the area just under a year ago. I am currently working in an adult med/surg ICU and am extremely unhappy there for several reasons. I am looking to go elsewhere, but don't have much knowledge of the health systems here since I am not a native to the area. Can anyone provide me with some insight? I would prefer a high-acuity ICU, a trauma level I or II facility, and a positive work environment, if that actually exists for nurses ?

Thanks so much!
