Phlebotomy or Nursing Assistant?

I'm currently a CNA and I haven't been working as one very long. I love it for numerous reasons but I can tell it isn't for me. I don't feel satisfied with being a CNA but I want to stay in the field. My question: does a phlebotomist make more yearly and hourly than a nursing assistant? Also what is the difference in a LPN and RN? Just trying to find what's best for me.

    I would personally go for phlebotomy before staying a CNA. The pay is better and the work is not as difficult. I wish I'd done that, but I only got to be a CNA after being a nurse extern at a local hospital, so going for phlebotomy training while I was in nursing school would have been pointless. Besides, phlebotomy skills can be invaluable when it comes to sticking patients as an RN. IV starts are probably one of the most difficult nursing skills, IMO.
