I indeed failed the boards for the second time but I feel that there is something wrong. I felt prepared for this and thought I had done well. I had the problem with the electricity. Ill tell you all what happened and see what you think.
I just answered #143 and the electricity kicked off. The computers shut down and everything. After about 10 minutes they finally got all the computers turned back on. I answered the next question and the test clicked off. I am worried that the power going off may have messed my test up. I felt so confident throughout that test and I am not usually confident. What do you all think. Is there anyway that I can have them review my exam? If so who would I talk to?

You need to talk to your state BON. According to the NCSBN pamphlet I received when I tested, you can challenge the accuracy of exam results in certain circumstances if your state BON has that mechanism (laws and regulations allowing this) in place.
Also, it says that if you have a complaint about the way your exam was administered, you should contact the NCSBN within two weeks of your exam. The toll-free number I have on the pamphlet is 866-293-9600.
Good luck!
