Nah, keep it short and professional. What positive influence you'd be as a nurse.

While I wouldn't go into alot of detail about personal reasons, I would give the honest reason why you want to be a nurse and if that includes some personal reasons then do include them. Nurses appreciate it when you feel about patients as you would about your own family so if you want to go into nursing because i.e. your grandmother died in a hospital then they would appreciate knowing that.
