Per Diem Work

Anyone work per diem? what's your schedule like and requirements? I'm seeking prn work but may only be able to commit one day every other week. Does that exist? I know, it's a stretch! I just miss the bedside as I work full time at a nursing school and would like to stay a little current. Just seeing if it may exist! I knew a lady once who worked 1 weekend month. She was manager and wanted to do some bedside. thanks!

I am assuming you have an advanced degree and nursing experience. You could work as weekend supervisor somewhere or in the nursing pool at a large hospital. Unfortunately, all have stipulations like 3 shifts a month, etc.
