pediatrics

I just started an hourly home care case with a 7-year old with LGS. I love the independence of making care decisions ,without having to call the MD everytime she sneezes,or farts if you know what I mean, My biggest problem so far is getting Mom and Nana to stop trying to run the show. Any advice ?

That is one thing about home health, in the clients home your on their turf, with their rules so many times they do run they show. LOL.

What are they doing that is hard to work with, maybe we can help give you some tips?
