pediatrics rotation

Hi all! I am taking care of a 2 yo tomorrow and I know that it is COMPLETELY different than caring for an adult. Any tips on how to approach the care I need to give for this child? :heartbeat

I would suggest that you thoroughly review the normal growth and development of a 2 year-old. Everything from language to play to common fears to appropriate toys and diversionary activities. Also plan how you will interact with the child's parents (who will be your best allies and sources of information.)
