Pediatric Office

What is it like working in a pediatric office? Would like to hear feedback from Lpns and RNs. What was your daily routine? I have primary care experience but haven't worked with just peds. I start my new job in 2 weeks. Thanks in advance.

Do you now have any advice you could offer?

I did it for a year. It's not anything different from what a RMA/CMA does. Only difference is that only LPN/RN can do triage. Besides that, we all did the same thing.

You deserve an allnurses award, NurseMotivator!

In my 10+ years of being an allnurses member, I cannot recall a single time a member did what you just did!

There are multitudes of those who visit allnurses once, ask for a question or come for support, and are never heard of again. I even had a thread several years ago titled "What Becomes of the Brokenhearted?"

Thank you, NurseMotivator. You have restored my faith in continuity and closure.

Awww, you're welcome! I try to help. I just recovered my password and went to notifications and started responding to people. ?
