Pearson Vue Trick

Hey guys after taking my nclex I had heard about the Pearson Vue trick and was anxiously awaiting my test results to the point where I was sick to my stomach. My Husband finally talked me into giving the trick a try and about 30 minutes after leaving Charleston WV where I tested he tried to get on Pearson Vue and re-register for me, he received the good pop-up which made me instantly Ecstatic! I then kept checking pearson vue over and over again and my test results still said delivery successful, but no results were available. I tested on Saturday July 12th at 3pm. My husband logged onto the WV Board of nursing and tried searching my name on Monday evening around 4 pm, and he FOUND THEM!!!!! Still I went back to check pearson vue just to see if they had my tests results available and they still just had the quick review results for a cost of 7.95. It is now July 21, 2014 and I have already received my official license in the mail and started my process of endorsing to Ohio and Pearson Vue still doesn't not have my official test results. So please if you have learned anything from my experience, it is that you trust the Pearson Vue trick because it has worked for my entire class. It let one girl go all the way to the credit card page and she found out 11 days later in the Mail that she had failed. And also please check for your license on the board website before giving pearson vue any more of your money!

I recently took my nclex-rn last Jul 19 at 2pm with 75 questions in 2 hours. I did the pvt but got the "on hold" pop-up. It has been more than 48hrs but still no change. I'm worried coz I know it could go pass or fail. I just hope my quick results would be available sooner.

I took my nclex yesterday and got all 265 questions. I did the pvt and got the good pop up. I am in Mass so I can get my quick results tomorrow. Hoping it holds true...:)

I had a friend who called an told he that his results were on hold after 2 days he found out that he had failed

In WV only PN participates in quick results. RN does not participate in quick results. There is no point in paying for quick results if your license is posted on the BoN website. Quick results just indicate pass or fail only the BoN can issue a license.

If it's been more than 48 hours on hold (if results are on hold they are not released to your BoN nor can you access quick results) contact Pearson Vue for an update. Most common reasons lately for a QA/QC hold is computer glitch or issues with palm scan on check in/out. Nothing you can do but wait until the audit is complete and the hold is lifted.
