My question is: if visa becomes current/ available, who gets the schedule for embassy interview first?:uhoh21:

From the information that you posted here, the one with the earlier PD date. But many other things also come into play, such as the date of approval of the I-140, etc. But the one thing that they will be going by in determining anything and if the date is current is by the PD date and that alone.
It is only a point of splitting hairs at this point as we do not expect anything to be current for sometime, there just are not enough visas available for all that want them.
