Pccn Home Study Material

i plan on going for the pccn, but i'm not sure which review material to purchase. i know there is are previous posts on this subject, but nobody specifies which material they actually used.

please tell me specifically which home study course you used & if you felt it helped you to pass the exam. there are no seminars in my area & my hospital doesn't offer it anymore.

i found home study material from david woodruff (ed4nurses.com), and the aacn (certcorp.org).

there is also a book called aacn essentials of progressive care nursing available through amazon.com by maryann chulay http://www.amazon.com/aacn-essentials-progressive-care-nursing/dp/0071480129/ref=sr_1_3/104-1622300-1980715?ie=utf8&s=books&qid=1190314677&sr=1-3)

from the posts i have read, i have been leaning towards the david woodruff, but there are several to choose from.

my hospital used to offer the course but stopped a couple of yrs. ago so i'm on my own.

i am deciding between the pccn: test prep or the progressive care full curriculum program (which is the essentials & mastery together).

please respond.

thank you.
