Passaic County Community College (PCCC) NURSING PROGRAM

I applied to Passaic Community College for their nursing program. They mentioned they take the residents of Passaic before any other person outside of that county. So I guess my question is, is there anybody who has been excepted there outside of Passaic County?  Also what times are the day program and times of evening classes.
