PCA Interview tomorrow..

hello,

i have a PCA 2nd interview tomorrow in a local hospital. I went on the first interview already and about a week later (today) they called me for a second (which is the final one, and i will be meeting the head of the nursing department, my future boss) the first interview i wore suit pants with a button down collar shirt and a dress shoes. i was wondering if i should wear a full suit this time around? or should i just wear the samething as the first time but with a tie? i think it seems sort of silly to wear a full suit for a PCA position which is only parttime, am i wrong? i know wearing a suit will look better but i do not want to be over dressed for the position and let the women know im trying to hard for the job.

any input would be great. thanks and wish me luck.

this will help a lot since i am a nursing major.. still in pre-reqs though :(

You could wear nice dress pants and a sweater (w/dress shoes). If I were interviewing for a PCA position, thats what I would have worn on the first interview also. I don't like to dress up though. I wear jeans to church most Sundays. I have also worn scrubs to an interview before, it was right after work, and I didn't have time to change.
