where can I find a website of the hospitals that are using the pbds system?

Obviously, I don't know who uses the system, because I am gonna ask you, what is the pbds system?

it is a performance based test that some hospitals use to help with the orientation of the employee, however the test is very unrealistic because you have to write in 5 minutes everything that you would do to a patient by watching a video. You have to recognize the problem ex: MI and give all the interventions for that problem. There are nursed who work for more than 20 years and do not pass this test . I just took for my job but I have not received the results yet.

Oh, we did that at my orientation! They just used it to assess problem areas that we needed more teaching/experience with. Most of the people in my orientation class did okay with it.
