Past Mistake

I accepted a check from a friend. We aren't friends anymore. I received a theft charge from the bank. Nothing about the check that they let clear. I'm a nursing assistant. Army veteran. In much need of help. Can I find a job in this field?

I'm in Ohio so if anyone knows someone or a way to help please please help me. I had no intention of this happening to me or my career and family.

But I do know I can get it expunged in 2015. I really need help with a job. Me and veteran affairs can only do so much. Its not what I know. Now its who I know. Please help.
