Passed NCLEX-PN

I took the NCLEX-PN on January 8th and just got the quick results today and I passed! I had a ton of select all that apply (so much that when I got a question that wasn't select all that apply, it was a surprise). The very first question I got was very easy but then nothing after that was easy. There was one drug that I had never heard of before that was in one of the questions.

Here's how I prepared. I'm fortunate that the program I went through has an extremely high pass rate (high 90s-100% historically). I finished school mid-December so the material was also still fresh in my mind. I passed all the Hesi tests throughout my program (our program requires an 850 to pass). I went through the Lipppincott Review for NCLEX-PN book and answered all the questions in there. I also reviewed some material from my Med-Surg book and Pharmacology flashcards. I also have the NCLEX Mastery ap on my cell phone. Exactly one week before my scheduled test date, I came down with the flu so my focus switched from studying and prepping to sleeping and taking care of myself so I would be well enough to take the test. I was much better by the time the test day came (good thing since I wasn't even allowed to have kleenex in the testing center with me). I did not spend 24/7 studying for the test. I worked two different jobs and spent time with family/friends. I just tried to spend some time each day.

My test shut off at 85 questions after about an hour. I didn't feel great about it walking out of the test center. However, I still passed!
