Passed - and you can too.

I was one of those students who attempted NCLEX only to fail and feel defeated. It was this website I came to for guidance and understanding of what I was doing wrong. I attended Kaplan and did good on the tests - but once again I got defeated. One takes it personally. Not only is getting anxiety bad enough, but then getting that "near passing" on the subjects tested - and yet you cannot succeed. One doesn't know where to turn or what to do. I once again turned to Kaplan and I took the course over again for free - I felt good but was defeated again. I said I was missing something clearly and reached out for help. I purchased Saunders comprehensive review and felt that this was going to be of great help. There are a lot of pages to read, so that was going to take some time. I had previously attended the hurst program while a student so I reached out to them for their help. I was able to attend a 60-day remediation class - that was very useful. I also swore to myself I would not give up on this adventure and was persistent. I said I would read that comprehensive book by Saunders and learn from it. Well as of today - I'm officially a Registered Nurse. I want to tell all of you - who are in doubt - is this really going to happen? Keep believing in yourself. Sometimes it feels like there is no way that it will happen, but don't ever stop believing! Study hard and try to determine what is getting you. If you are reading this and you have been there - where I was - know that there is light at the end of the tunnel. All the hard work you put into nursing school will pay off. It's hard and it's tough - but it's worth it! never ever give up! I felt defeated. I'd research this website for tips, suggestions, words of advice - just some one else who was feeling the way I was. I had to come here and report that - after much hard work, dedication and determination - I have overcome this beast called NCLEX... You will too. Personally I felt the decision tree was of great use - from Kaplan. Then the Saunders Comprehensive review wrapped the missing pieces all together! Just never stop believing! Never give up!!
