what is the % to pass the NCLEX?

I have seen so many people on here that have passed and not passed the NCLEX. I am wondering that is the lowest percentage that you need in order to pass this test? I have never seen any posts about this.

Thanks

Well the way the NCLEX works is that it is a CAT program. So the next question depends on your last answer. They say experienced nurses can only answer 50% of the higher level questions. With this is mind (and the very easy questions) the student responses come like a teeter-totter. With this in mind.. Students should be able to pass the NCLEX getting on 50% of ALL questions right.

Its not based on percentage. Its a CAT system.

Everyone who took the Nclex, passed or failed got 50% correct. Passing the Nclex depends on if you had more difficult questions correct than easier questions.
