Pass or fail nclex?

Hello, so I recently just took the nclex in California and 2 days later.. I received a letter stating something like "congratulations. You have met the requirements for licensure as a vocational nurse..." I've graduated like 4 years ago & have taken the nclex like 3 times & when I got the letter.. I really thought I passed. Did I? I've never gotten a letter like that before when I took the test. Help!! I can't wait any longer for the official results considering California doesn't give quick results.

I took the exam on Dec. 14th. Still waiting for the official results. Did you get anything else in the mail after 2 days?

I did not receive anything in the mail till this day. I am not sure about my situation. I took mine in San Marcos, San Diego. Did you happen to know someone who received their letter late and still pass? or does late means failed? I don't know.
