Parkland Interview Process

Published

Hello everyone :)

I am new to Parkland Health and was wondering how the interview process works.

The recruiter reached out to me via email to see if I was interested in a position. After replying back to him that I was interested, he set up a phone interview.

The week after the phone interview, they brought me in for a face-to-face interview.

Now 2 weeks have passed and my attempts to reach out to the recruiter (emailed once) have gone unanswered. How long does the hiring process tank in Parkland?

I don't know which position you applied to but I went through the ER Residency application process.

I got an email from a recruiter pretty quickly after I submitted my application. I was contacted less than 2 weeks of me applying, but the interview was happening almost a month away from the time I talked to the recruiter.

Then, she emailed me to call her and set up an interview with the nurse manager and the panel.

There was no phone interview. Just one face-to-face panel interview. And, about 2weeks after my interview, I was offered a position.

RR,

Did they happen to ask you case study question during your interview? I have an interview on Tuesday

Thank you for taking the time to write back to me.

It has been 2 weeks as of right now. keeping my fingers crossed for a phone call. Which position do you work in Parkland?

They didn't ask me any case study questions. They were mostly "tell me about the time when you..." questions.

And I will in the ER Residency.

Anyone interviewed for the SICU residency program at parkland? Also did anyone have to take a dosage calculation exam?
