Paramedic Training in UAE?

Please help, i've been hovering around the web for an appropriate training in ambulance care, EMS, paramedic and the like located in UAE. Unfortunately, it doesnt lead me to one. I'll be visiting dubai next month and just wondering if I could get an EMS training there. Any UAE nationals here or foreigners who might know a reputable school or institute in dubai or abu dhabi in particular? :coollook:
