Paperwork

Did anyone still have issues with paperwork 9 months into nursing? It seems like not a day goes by that I'm not forgetting to fill out a form or forgetting to send 1 of the 4 forms to the blood bank when I have to request blood.

Or I'll forget to sign something on an assessment sheet. I think my problem with that is they try to fit so much on one piece of paper that it's easy to miss some part of it that needed filling out.

I just feel like after 9 months I should know this paperwork backwards and forwards.
