Panel interview dos and don'ts

I just completed nursing school and I have my first ever panel interview for a residency at a local hospital. I've been at this local for clinicals every semester so I've become very familiar with them.

I've never had any experience with a panel interview what should I do and not do?

What exactly should I say when they ask tell me about myself?

Thank you!

You might have already had your panel interview but I view it like this: It's the same person in a different body. Some of them will look bored out of their minds, and you will quickly figure out who is really running the interview. Make sure to get the names of every one of them before you leave so that you can write your Thank Yous. Good luck!
