Pancytopenia question

I will be starting nursing school in the Fall, but I have an oncology question since I do transcription from home. A patient with pancytopenia. The doctor said "No problems with bowels and attrition" or did she say "Bowels and nutrition". It sounded like attrition. Thanks!

Probably nutrition, but not having heard the dictation myself, I would not want to rely on anything you get here.

Your best bet is to ask the person who is dictating.

would bet it was micturition--urination
