Pace ABSN program starting 2013

I know it's early, but is anyone else looking at Pace's ABSN program to start in 2013? I'm 90% finished with my prerequisites and just getting the pieces together to start the application process!

I applied to PACE University for the ABSN program starting this Fall 2013. My application says "incomplete" though because I am still finishing Microbiology (I graduate in a few weeks-- this May). I received a phone call from PACE and missed it. No voicemail or nothing. Has this happened to anyone else. I really hope I get in. Thanks guys. Any advice is welcomed!

I don't think they would review any applications if they are not complete meaning you need to give them all your transcripts (including the microbiology class you are taking) and all the other requirements (letters of recomendation, personal statement, etc). Similar thing happened to me, they told me they couldn't review my application unless they had a transcript with my last prerequisite. Call them and double check.

I hope we hear back soon. Pace is my number 1 choice

I sent in everything they ask for and sent a copy of my schedule so that they could note I am taking the class. I called back the number and they never respond. The answering machine says its an office of admissions open to answer questions and concerns to current and perspective students. My father told me he did speak to them and they stated they'd call my cel but they never did =( .. I hope they just want to get an updated transcript and accept me.

Don't know if my last comment went through. I sent everything out with my application including a copy of my schedule so that they can note that I am currently taking the class. My father told me he picked up the phone call and they told him they'd call me to my cel then but I never received a call nor a voicemail. The number that called my house is never picked up and the answering machine that comes on states its an admissions office for current and perspective students looking to answer questions and concerns. I doubt they'd call all their applicants to tell them yes we're reviewing you or no or we can't because your incomplete. That's why I feel fishy about it.

Hi I just found this thread and was wondering if anyone has gotten any response from pace? I applied end of february and have still not received a decision.

No responses received yet and when I check the application status it still says it is in review.

I just got an email saying I was accepted. You should all check your email, and good luck!!!

Congrats esawitz!!! When did you receive the email? Did your application status change online? Mine still says "In Review." if you dont mind, would you please share some of your background...i.e. GPA, healthcare experience, etc.?

Esawitz congrats did you get into the 1 or 2 year program? I was just accepted into the 2 year program.

It's funny, I called today around 1 PM after not calling for at least 2 weeks. This time they asked me for my name, told me my application was under review and that I should receive a decision in the mail sometime next week. Then I got the acceptance e-mail around 4:30 this afternoon, it was such a pleasant surprise! Congratulations to those who were accepted and good luck to those that are still waiting!

I am a bio major, and I had a 3.8 GPA. My application status says decision made. I was pleasantly surprise when I received an email from Pace because I was under the impression that they were only going to notify via mail. I applied for the one year program however, the email I received stated that I was accepted into the two year program so I will have to call their office to see whats going on.
