Orthos q shift.

Hello everyone, I am working on my careplan and one of the orders is "Orthos q shift" I am unsure of what this means and I have emailed my instructor she never got back to me..anyone have any idea what that is? Thanks in advance.

    Okay thank you that's what I figured. Does that just mean assessing for Orthostatic hypotension? Diagnosis is GI bleed so would make sense
