This question is for those starting or orientation ladyt618 and nocrumping but anyone with input please respond. Are you required to pay back any money to the facility should you decide not to complete the orientation or stay for > 3 years?

I am going to start a perioperative program in Feb. There are 6 of us starting and we are not required to pay any money back or agree to work for a specified period of time, although, at the end of the orientation we are not guaranteed a job in the OR, if they don't like us we are out. We have to sign a contract stating we agree to this. We also have to pay for our own books.
