OR Observation Thread?

Does anyone remember a thread that was once a sticky topic that talked about tips for someone who is doing an OR observation? I remember seeing it awhile back, but am unable to find it with a search. I haven't been able to locate the sticky on the forums either.

There were all sorts of tips listed, such as "Eat a filling breakfast" and "Do not lock your knees".

I have my OR Observation tomorrow and was hoping to read it before then...
