OR nursing

Hi all,

I have a question for the OR nurses. I am currently at a level 2 trauma center with over 15 operating rooms and am looking to relocate to another state. I was offered a position at a non-trauma hospital with 4 ORs. 
 

For those of you who made the switch to a hospital with lower acuity patients, do you regret it? I have only been an OR nurse for 2 years and still have a lot to learn. I want to feel confident and competent with patient care in the OR wherever I go.
