Operative notes (for nurses)

Im a recent graduate of nursing and just got my license. Im now working for a few days in the OR and i am desperately looking for samples of operative notes especially in OB/gyn. I would really appreciate if anyone could give me advice on how to go about this because it seems its quite mindboggling for a newly grad like me. I have never done operative nurses notes during my school years and obviously at a lost to go about this. Thanks so much for the help.
